63, of Walnut Grove Apartments, Frenchburg, Kentucky passed away Monday, May 4, 2015 at his residence. He was born in Pontiac, Michigan on February 13, 1952 the son of Berl Trusty Spencer and the late Frank Spencer. He was a retired carpenter and a member of the Masonic Lodge.

He is survived by his mother, Berl Spencer of Frenchburg; his wife, Mary Jane Hall Spencer of Frenchburg; a son, John Frank Spencer of Frenchburg; his daughter, Jenny Lee (David) Ross of Frenchburg; a brother, Larry (David) Spencer of Corbin, KY; a sister, Iris Spencer (J. B.) Combs of Frenchburg; two grandchildren, Matthew Bush and Lacey Ross.

Funeral services will be 1 PM, Thursday, May 7, 2015 at the Taul Funeral Home Chapel in Frenchburg with Rev. David Hale officiating and burial following in the Powers Cemetery. Friends may visit Wednesday evening from 6-9 PM at the Taul Funeral Home in Frenchburg. Pallbearers will be Chris Morrison, Bob Johnson, Steve Spencer, Tim Williams, Billy Williams and Arthur Pugh. Honorary pallbearers are Troy Cantrell and J. B. Spencer.
