At the age of eighteen years he came to this country, living for a time in North Dakota, then in Iowa where he was married to Miss Anna Ludvigson. He later moved to Montana where he heard and accepted the doctrines of this people. About eight years years ago the family returned to North Dakota locating in Rolette County.
