Susie M. Martínez, age 75, a lifetime resident of Las Vegas, NM, accepted her final invitation from our Lord on Sunday, May 3, 2015.
Susie was born in Los Aguajes on June 16, 1939 to José Agapito Martínez and Mary Aragón Martínez.
Susie was a loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother to everyone. Susie worked at Jayzal Parachute Company making parachutes for soldiers for 17 years. Susie also worked as a pharmacy tech at Grahams Pharmacy for 21 years and was a Mayodomo at Santa Refugia Catholic Church in Los Vigiles. Susie was a member of the Catholic Daughters, and her beloved ‘Golden Girls Club’. Susie was the certified ‘life of the party’. Susie was always ready to go anywhere and only needed her lipstick, her Cadillac and her freedom. Susie enjoyed crocheting, traveling the world, visiting with everyone and going to the casino with her sisters and friends.
