Randall G. "Randy" Sharp, age 48, of Elgin, Illinois, passed away on September 25, 2010. He was formerly of Alexandria, Kentucky. He was a district manager with Verizon, Inc., in Chicago.

He was preceded in death by: his father, Gaylord Sharp; and a sister-in-law, Brenda Castle. Randall is survived by: his wife, Ramona LeeAnn Castle Sharp; two daughters, Samantha Sharp, of Annandale, Illinois, and Meagan Sharp, of Annandale, Illinois; his mother, Virgie Sharp, of Alexandria, Kentucky; two brothers, Tommy (Cindy) Sharp, of Alexandria, Kentucky, and Danny Sharp, of Fort Lauderdale, Florida; a brother-in-law, Scott (Amanda) Castle, of Florida; and a sister-in-law, Julie (David) Schwier, of Florence, Kentucky.

Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. Monday, October 4, at Dobbling Funeral Home, in Fort Thomas. Graveside services will be held at 12:30 p.m. Monday, October 4, at Evergreen Cemetery, in Southgate, Kentucky.
