Joseph T. Bolden, 90, of Meyersdale, died May 3, 2015 at home. Born March 4, 1925 in Meyersdale, the son of Edgar and Nell (Pugh) Bolden.

Preceded in death by his parents; son: Jerry R. Bolden; wife, Viola “Vi” (Emerick) Bolden; brothers: John, James, and Jack; and sisters: Della, Lois, Theda, and Gloria.

Survived by his son: Thomas J. Bolden, and wife Michaelena, Meyersdale; grandchildren: Joshua Bolden and Amanda Bennett and husband Matthew; and great grandson: Carter. He is a WWII U.S. Army veteran and a member of SS. Philip and James Catholic Church, Meyersdale. Joe was a life member of the Meyersdale American Legion Post 112.

Friends will be received from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Price Funeral Home, Meyersdale. Funeral Mass will be conducted at 11 a.m. Friday at SS. Philip and James Catholic Church, Meyersdale, with Rev. James M. Dugan officiating. Committal SS. Philip and James Cemetery.
