Diane M. Cathman, of Bagley, Wisconsin, passed away on Friday, May 1, 2015, at Golden Living Center in Randolph, Wisconsin, after a courageous battle with cancer. Diane was born on January 26, 1958, at Ripon Medical Center in Ripon, Wisconsin, the daughter of Leland and Mary (Sauer) Hare. She graduated from Ripon High School, Class of 1977.

She then became certified at Moraine Park Technical College as a CNA. She worked for Parkview Nursing Home in Ripon until she married.

On September 21, 1985, Diane was united in marriage to John Cathman III at the Ripon Baptist Church. They then moved near Bloomington, Wisconsin.

Diane worked at Good Samaritan Nursing Home in Fennimore, Bloomington Livestock Exchange, and Homeward Bound. She had a soft spot in her heart for cats and dogs and helped the local Crawford Area Shelter for Animals (CASA).

A visitation for Diane will be held from 4:00 p.m.-7:00 p.m. on Monday, May 4, 2015, at Divine Passage Funeral Home in Ripon, Wisconsin.

Her funeral service will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 6, 2015, at Martin Funeral Home in Bloomington, Wisconsin. Friends and family may visit at Martin Funeral Home from 9:00 a.m. until the time of Diane’s funeral service.

Burial will be held in the Patch Grove Cemetery in Patch Grove, Wisconsin.

Both Divine Passage Funeral Home in Ripon and Martin Funeral Home in Bloomington are proudly serving the Cathman family.
