Annie Ruth Davidson, age 79, of Alba, Texas, passed away on May 1, 2015. She was born on November 14, 1935 in Prosper, Texas to Pascal Glen and Evelyn May (Hart) Caraway. On August 31, 1986, Annie married Raymond Davidson. Her hobbies included reading, crocheting, cookbooks, music and movies. Annie loved her family and was a very caring person that was always there for everyone.
She is survived by her sons, Roy Scott Davidson and wife Cindy of Alba, Texas, Robert Glen Davidson and wife Michelle of Alba, Texas; six step-children; five grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; siblings, Jackie Tate and husband Jerry of McKinney, Texas, Oliver Caraway and wife Priscilla of Monkstown, Texas, John Caraway and wife Margie of Westminster, Texas, Jerry Caraway of Whitewright, Texas, Jim Caraway and wife Rosa of Bonham, Texas, Linda Ortiz and Husband Pete of Round Top, Texas, Mickey Douglas and husband Butch of Princeton, Texas; sister-in-law, Aline Caraway of Princeton, Texas; numerous nieces and nephews.
Annie is preceded in death by her parents, Pascal Glen and Evelyn May Caraway; husband, Raymond Davidson; daughter, Angela Kay (Mills) Duncan; brothers, Alvin Caraway, Joe Caraway, Claude Caraway.
A funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Monday, May 4, 2015 at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Chapel in Allen, Texas. Interment will follow at Ridgeview Memorial Park. The family will receive friends during a visitation being held from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., Sunday evening at the funeral home.
