Graveside funeral services for Charlotte will be held at ten Tuesday morning at the East Lawn cemetery in Salem, with Calvin Jean officiating. There will be no visitation. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, son: Steven Allen Rogers; and sisters: Ladona Scarborough and Dorma Lee.
