Brian Allan Stroud, 53 of Fort Smith, Arkansas passed away on Friday April 17, 2015 in Poteau, OK. Brian was born on February 16, 1962 to Louis and Cheryl Helms Stroud in Fort Smith. He was an automotive mechanic, a member of the NRA and a Protestant.

He is survived by two sons, Brian A. Stroud, Jr. of Fort Smith and Dakota Stroud of Cameron, OK; his parents, Louis and Cheryl Stroud of Fort Smith; one brother, Bruce Stroud of Greenwood; one grandchildren, Katelynn Stroud of Fort Smith; one special nephew Stephen Stroud of Fort Smith.

Funeral service will be 2:00 P.M. Thursday, April 23, 2015 at Ocker-Putman Funeral Home Chapel in Fort Smith with burial in Steep Hill Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Darren Cox, Ben Clark, Lonnie Poston, John Hambrick, Joe Cooper and Brian White. Honorary pallbearers will be Taylor Welch, Benny Clark, B.J. Stroud, Easton Stroud and Jeffery Helms.

The Family will visit with friends from 6:00 until 8:00 P.M. Wednesday April 22, 2015 at Ocker-Putman Funeral Home of Fort Smith.
