Andrea Frances Miles, nee Thunander, age 69, beloved wife of Gearold D. Miles; cherished mother of Elizabeth (Jay) Lovig, Sarah Miles, G. David (Suyai) Miles; loving grandmother to Jacob and Rachel Lovig; dear sister of Sandra (Bob) Hatch, of Los Angeles, CA; and fond aunt of many nieces and nephews. Andrea's sharp wit, avid love of culture and travel, and desire to serve, help and love others will be sorely missed by all who love her. She will be remembered for her constant devotion to giving her all, her determination and strength and her cheeky sense of humor. Above all tribulations and strife she remained very much a lady, and one of class and substance. Visitation service 5 to 8 p.m. Thursday and Funeral Eucharist 1 p.m. Friday, both at St. Charles' Episcopal Church, 994 Fifth Ave. (Rte 25 @ Allen Lane), St. Charles.
