MINEVILLE, N.Y. - Edward P. Armstrong, age 78, of Mineville, passed away on Tuesday, October 20th 1981 at the CVPH Medical Center in Plattsburgh, N.Y.

He was born on March 15th 1903 in Witherbee, N.Y., he was the son of William and Margaret (Murphy) Armstrong.

He was a retired Teacher having taught at the Mineville High School and the Moriah Central School.

He was a Veteran of World War II.

Arrangements by the Harland Funeral Home in Port Henry, N.Y.

Burial will follow at the Sts. Peter and Paul Cemetery in Moriah, N.Y.

Pallbearers were John Wojewodzic, John Bryant, Bernard Beebe, Timothy Shpur, Thomas Shpur, and Walter Gilbo. Honorary bearers were Allen McDonald Sr., John Thompson, John Roach, William Brennan Sr., Steve Kazlo Sr., and Lawrence Northrup.
