A Funeral Service will be held 12 Noon Monday May 4, 2015 at Freedom Missionary Baptist Church where she attended, conducted by Preacher Clyde Akers and burial to follow at Forest Hill Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 11:00 am until Noon prior to the service. The family will be at the home of her mother, Windy Hill Drive, Linwood at other times.
She was born March 1, 1965 in Davidson County to Mack Richard Burns and Annie Cook Burns. She was a homemaker and was preceded in death by her father, Mack Richard Burns.
Surviving are her son, Chase Blackburn of Lexington; her Mother, Annie Cook Burns of Linwood; Sisters, Pat Burns (David) of Lexington and Sandra Michael (Carl) of Texas. Brothers; Harold Burns (Ann) of Lexington, Mike Burns of Linwood and Ray Burns (Martha) of Welcome.
