Kathy Cowan Osborne, age 55, of Bristol, Va., went to be with the Lord on Friday, May 1, 2015, at her residence. She was born August 2, 1959, in Bristol, Va. Kathy was a lifelong resident of the Bristol area. She was a 1977 graduate of Virginia High School. Kathy was a member of Victory Baptist Church. Survivors include Her Loving Husband of 28 years, Todd Osborne; Parents, Norman D. and Shirley A. Hensley Cowan; Two Sisters, Mary Ann Cowan, Christy Napier and husband Terry; Mother-in-law, Sue Osborne, Brother-in-law, Tim Osborne and wife Cindy; and Several Aunt, Uncles, Cousins, Nieces and Nephews A funeral service will be held at 4 p.m., Sunday, May 3, 2015, in the Weaver Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Dr. Austin Cook and Ethan Cook officiating. The family will receive friends at 2 until 3:45 p.m. prior to the service. The interment will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday, May 4, 2015, at Mountain View Cemetery.
