She received her early education at St. Anthony Grade School and graduated from Shelby High School in 1976. She married Dennis Wagner on October 15, 1977 at St. Anthony Catholic Church in Columbus. Vicki had worked at Torin, Behlen's and most recently at Appleton Electric. She was a member of St. Anthony Church and enjoyed playing bingo, gardening, volunteering for Y Care and especially loved spending time with her family.
