Betty was born May 5, 1933, in Huntington, Indiana, the daughter of the late Lorn L. Clements and Edna (Heit) Clements. Betty worked at RCA for 33 years until her retirement.
Betty attended Banquo Christian Church. She loved animals and had a “green thumb”. She loved her flower gardens.
Survivors include: son, Richard (Margaret “Ann”) Joy of Marion, Indiana; daughter, Diana (Michael) Kerlin of VanBuren, Indiana; sister, Alice Clements of Illinois; five grandchildren; and 3 great-grandchildren.
She was also preceded in death by a son Lorn C. Joy; three brothers; and two sisters.
Funeral Services will be held at 5:30 p.m. on Monday, May 4, 2015, at Raven-Choate Funeral Home, with Reverend Tom Mansbarger officiating.
Cremation will follow funeral services.
