BELL, Lynne Kilvington, 74, of Dover, passed away on Wednesday, April 29, 2015 at Delaware Hospice in Milford. She was preceded in death by her mother, Dorothy Freeman Kilvington, and her father, James Beatson Kilvington. She is survived by her son, David Haviland Bell, Jr. of Dover, her sister, Susan Kilvington Bright (Drew) of Richmond, Virginia, and her brother, James MacLean Kilvington (Olivia) of Dover. She is also survived by her niece, Rebecca Kilvington Berghaus (Chris), great- nieces Marlee and Ally Berghaus, all of Galena, Maryland, her niece, Abigail Kilvington Beattie, great- nephew Henry Beattie, great nieces, Hannah and Hallie Beattie, all of Smyrna, Delaware, and her nephew, Andrew Taylor Bright of San Diego, California. Lynne was graduated from Dover High School in 1958 and from Marjorie Webster College in Silver Spring, Maryland. She was a co-owner of the Little School on State Street and a member of Wesley United Methodist Church. Lynne's happiest days were at DHS with her myriad friends there, and she was instrumental in planning and was delighted to attend every class reunion. She loved gardening and going to Rehoboth Beach, and she was an avid bridge player and reader. The family sincerely thanks the hospice team at Delaware Hospice for their loving care. A service will be held on Tuesday May 5, 2015 Trader Funeral Home at 11 AM and friends may call at 10 AM. Burial will be at
at Silver Brook Cemetery in Wilmington. Arrangements are being made by Trader Funeral Home in Dover. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the American Cancer Society or the Delaware Hospice.
