Adolph [Heinrich Herman] Fedder, 69 years old, a life-long resident of this community, died at 8:50 o'clock, Sunday night [24 Jan 1937], at his home on Rural Route 1, near the Lumaghi No. 3 mine.
Mr. Fedder was born in Collinsville Township on October 3, 1867, a son of the late August and Wilhelmina [Sudbring] Fedder. He is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Dorothy [Dorothea] Wallner of Catham, Ill., and Mrs. Emma Sudbring of this city, and two sons, Paul Fedder of Litchfield and Frederick Fedder of this city.
Funeral services were conducted at 2 o'clock, Wednesday afternoon, from the residence to the Holy Cross Lutheran Church at 2:30 o'clock. Rev. Theodore H. Roschke officiated. Burial was made in the Lutheran Cemetery.
