Jacob Alexander, Davis, 18, left his earthly incarnation on Sept. 24, 2014, at home in Winterhaven, Ca and surrounded by his dearest friends and family. Jacob died unexpectedly due to a congenital heart defect. Born June 16, 1996, in Springfield, MO, Jacob moved to California when he was just three months old. Jacob was an animal lover and activist, good friend, and a kind and caring person with love for all those who knew and the strangers he met. He always had a ready smile or joke and was wise beyond his years. His biggest dream was to enter into military service, but his medical condition prohibited this. Instead, Jacob planned to attend nursing school. He is survived by his mother, father , two younger brothers, and many other friends and relatives who loved him dearly. Preceding him in death was a younger brother, Elliot. No funeral service is planned, and per Jacob's long-standing request, his body was immediately cremated, the ashes scattered in the mountains near his mother's home.
