Funeral services for Ellis Lawson Darley, 62, of H-20 Pendleton Homes, who died Monday, will be held at 2 p.m. today in the chapel of Hart's Mortuary.

The Rev. Milton Adams will officiate and burial will be in the Macon Memorial Park.

Pallbearers will be Charlie Thigpen, Pierce Darley, J.C. Darley, Arthur Darley, Herbert Darley and Albert Darley.

Mr. Darley was born in Treutlen County, the son of W.W. Darley and Mrs. Eliza Chance Darley, and had lived here since 1942, moving here from Soperton. He was a member of the Midway Methodist Church of Soperton.

Surviving are his widow, the former Miss Evelyn Thigpen, Macon; four sons, William K. Darley, Macon, Gene M. Darley, Jacksonville, Fla., Vernon O. Darley and Hal S. Darley, both of Atlanta; three daughters, Mrs. F.L. Kilgore, Macon, Mrs. R.C. Buchert, Byron, and Mrs. W.G. Thomas, Meridan, Miss.; 16 grandchildren; four brothers, Berry Darley, Lyons, Bailey Darley, Brunswick, John Darley and Clarence Darley, both of Statesboro; and two sisters, Mrs. Missouri Thigpen, Mt. Vernon, and Mrs. Alice Thomas, Decatur.

The family will be at 211 Cordele Avenue.
