Mr. Andrew Scruggs, age 28 of Conyers, died Tuesday, April 28, 2015. He is survived by mother and father, brother and fiance, all of Conyers; grandparents, cousin, god-parents, love of his life, aunts and uncles, great-aunt and uncle and numerous other cousins. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, John Lucas and Vivian Scruggs and uncle, Eddie Scruggs.
Andrew was a member of Grace Baptist Church and graduated from Springs Academy. He was a former Walton County Deputy and worked private security for Risk Management of GA.
Funeral Services will be held Monday, May 4, 2015 at 2 p.m. at Scot Ward's Green Meadow Chapel; interment will follow at Green Meadow Memorial Gardens. Family will receive friends Sunday, May 3, 2015 from 2 until 4 p.m. and 6 until 8 p.m. at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to ASPCA www.aspca.org.
