Vergil Robinson Newcomb, 78, of 771 Pinewood Drive, Dunedin, died on Friday, June 15, 1979. Born in Marshalltown, Iowa, she came here in 1953, from Laurel, Iowa.

She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church in Dunedin, OES Chapter 67, Palm Harbor Meca Shrine 17 white Shrine of Jerusalem, Florid-a State White Shrine Association, Ladies Auxiliary of Springtime Commandery 40 Knights Templar of Palm Harbor, Ladies of Egypt, Oriental Shring of North Amercica, Iowa Club of Clearwater, National Federation of Republican Women and was a Mease Hospital Gray Lady for 11 years.

Surviving are three sons, Lee D. Robinson, Montana, Carroll E Robinson, Marshalltown, and V. Max Robinson, Kentucky; two sisters, Eula Holowell, Warrington, and Grace B. Smith, Plant City; four grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
