Marilyn Perkins, 76, of Fort Morgan, died Monday morning, September 15, 2014 at the East Morgan County Hospital in Brush. She was born April 25, 1938 in Denver to John and Doris (Robinson) Johnson. She married Glen Perkins in Colorado Springs on August 3, 1967. They moved to Fort Morgan from Montrose in 1996. In addition to her husband, Marilyn is also survived by a daughter and son-in law, step-daughter, sister, grandson, two granddaughters-in-law, and four great grandchildren [survivors names omitted]. Marilyn was preceded in death by her parents; step-son, Clinton Perkins; and grandson, Justin Covelli. At Marilyn's request, cremation has taken place and there will not be any formal services.--The Fort Morgan Times, Sept. 19, 2014
