Bonnie L. Miller, 79, of Milwaukie, died April 16, 2010, at home surrounded by loving family.

Born Aug. 30, 1930, in Lake Preston, S.D., to Harold and Mable McKinney, Bonnie graduated from Franklin High School in Portland June 11, 1948. An exquisite homemaker and decorator, Bonnie had a wonderful sense of style and class. She was loved by everyone that knew her and she was always willing to help out a friend or family member. Bonnie dearly loved her children and two grandsons. She was a devout Christian who loved the Lord.

She is survived by her sister, Joyce Peters; daughter and son-in-law, Karen and Mike Rouse; son and daughter-in-law, Stan "Tanner" and Renee Kennedy; 2 grandsons; and her loving dog, Cookie. Memorial services will be held at 12:30 p.m. Saturday, May 1, 2010, in Turning Point Church, 13333 Rusk Road, Milwaukie. A reception will follow at a location to be announced.
