Benjamin A. Hazelwood, 61, of Pell City, died recently. Funeral: 2:00 p.m. April 27, 2015 at Usrey Funeral Home. Mr. Hazelwood is survived by his wife, son, two daughters, three brothers, three sisters, and seven grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, William Thomas and Edna Hazelwood and sister, Belinda Lawley.
