A memorial service for John ''Jack'' Van Dyke, 41, owner of the Comet Auto Parts store in Chicago, will be held at 11 a.m. Monday in the chapel at Illinois Highway 53 and Short Street, Lisle.

Mr. Van Dyke was shot to death Thursday in his West Side auto parts store, one of the victims of a gunman who went on a shooting rampage at 13th Street and Ashland Avenue.

Survivors include his wife Linda; three sons, John, Jeff and Paul; a daughter, Victoria; his mother, Virginia Striegel; a brother; and a grandchild.
