Hans and Marie (Hahn) Kronbeck raised and often disciplined, their sometimes mischievous but always imaginative brood. Over the years we have said goodbye to many of the farmland troupe: father and mother, followed all too soon by Alan, Inez, Russell, Lola and most recently Wayne. On Monday, July 16, at 2:40 in the afternoon Neva’s brow grew cold and her hands limp. She left this place to join those that preceded her.
She leaves behind a heartbroken daughter and son-in-law, Randi (Abrahamson) and Allan Norstrom, whose daily lives will be forever altered by her absence; her granddaughter, Brianna, who benefited immensely from being Neva’s only grandchild and will live the rest of her life with only half a heart; a son, Gene; her brother, Ivar (Kathy) Kronbeck of Little Falls; sisters, Addie Kretzman of Brainerd, Joyce Kronbeck of Little Falls, Vera (James) Doroff of Cushing and Gloria Dungan of Anchorage, Alaska; sister-in-law, Dianne Kronbeck of Little Falls; dearest family friend, Terrance Lappin; and last, but not least, her grandpets: Harley, Zeus, Zoe, Gucci, Monroe, Egg and Sprout (aka Monkey), who appreciated her mislaid crumbs and warm lap.
