Mrs. Minnie Klahn, age 76, of East Bernard, passed away Saturday, September 12, at her residence in East Bernard. Mrs. Klahn was born in Bellville, Texas March 9, 1877. She was married to Adolph Klahn in Sealy in 1897.

She is survived by her husband, Adolph Klahn, East Bernard; six daughters, Miss Adele Klahn, Houston, Mrs. O.W. Koym, East Bernard, Mrs. B.L. Behrens, Beasley, Miss Anna Klahn, Houston, Mrs. R.W. Egger, Wallis, and Mrs. J.P. Webb, Rosenberg; five grandchildren; and four great grandchildren; one brother, E.H. Sonsel, Bellville; and two sisters, Mrs. H.E. Schmidt, Houston, and Mrs. William Siems, Houston.

Services were held from the Methodist Church in East Bernard Sunday, September 18, at 4:00 p.m. Interment was in the Methodidst Cemetery in East Bernard.

Pallbearers were Harold Sonsel, Marvin Sonsel, Wesley Schmidt, Edwin Ludwig, Walter Klahn, and Alvin Siems.
