PERKINS, Wilma (Billie Jo)
Passed away at the age of 93, in Orem, Utah on November 3, 2008. She was born on March 15, 1915, in Missouri. She later married John D. Perkins and moved to the Antelope Valley where they raised their 2 children, Ronald D. and Una Lea Perkins. After retirement they moved to Orem, Utah where they enjoyed fishing playing cards, and family. Billy Jo also enjoyed reading, sewing, gardening and was an avid sports fan, especially the Dodgers and in later years, the Jazz. Billie Jo is survived by daughter, Una Lea (Jerry) Kofford of Orem, Utah, grandchildren, Randy (Susanne) Lay, Shawn Wimmer, Trudy (Joe) Finlinson, Lisa (Steve) Bessler, Kirk (Cheryl) Perkins and Kent Perkins along with 11 great-grandchildren and 12 great-great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by husband John D. Perkins, son Ronald D. Perkins, sisters Gertrude Lenora White, Una Pete Simi and brother Norman Rader. Private memorial will be held at a later date in Orem, Utah.
