MANKER (Macy), Dorothy Joann Age 86 of Englewood, passed away on Sunday, April 26, 2015. She was a graduate of Troy High School and St. Elizabeth School of Nursing. She worked as a nurse for more than 46 years both at St. Elizabeth Medical Center and later retiring from General Motors in the Medical Department. Dorothy was a 50 year member of South Park United Methodist Church and a member of Englewood United Methodist Church. She was a long time member of the American occupational Health Nurses and member of the White Shrine of Jerusalem.

She is survived by her sisters and brothers-in-law: Geneva (Robert) Brunk of Englewood, Doris Coleman of VA, Peggy Brown of Troy, numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband: Dwight Manker, parents: George and Margaret (Reed) Macy, brothers: Robert, Stanley and Thomas Macy.

Funeral Services at the Kindred Funeral Home (400 Union Blvd., Englewood) with Rev. Kim Armentrout officiating. Graveside Services will be held privately at Cowan Creek Cemetery near Wilmington, Ohio.
