Florence Marie Dickey, 82, passed away April 25, 2015 in Columbia, AL.
She was very independent. She loved the Lord, her family, traveling and gardening. She was a private caregiver.
She is survived by her sons; daughters and sisters. She is preceded in death by her parents, John and Sybil Holbert Frost, brothers, Jackie Gale Frost and Bobby Frost.
Her service will be 2:00pm, Tuesday, April 28, 2015 at Hixson Funeral Home of Westlake. Visitation will be from 1:00pm until time of service. Burial will be at Westlake Memorial Park Cemetery. Words of comfort may be shared at www.hixsonfuneralhomes.com
Florence was born 10 Aug 1932 in Chillicothe, Hardeman, TX to Travis Alvis Morrow and Sybil Lee Holbert. On 22 May 1935, Sybil Morrow married John Martin Frost in Mangum, Greer, OK. On the 1940 census, Florence M Morrow is listed as a stepdaughter in the home of John Frost, with her mother Sybil and half-brothers Bobby W and Jimmie G.
Her step father was married to Minnie Mae Russell and Florence had 2 step sisters - Erma Dean and Agnes Lucille. In addition to her two half-brothers, she has a half-sister, Sherry Darlene.
