Marguerite was born on Sunday, September 23, 1923, in Amite.
She was a retired educator with the Orleans Parish School System, she was also a secretary at the First Baptist Church in Hammond for 20 plus years, and served as a pianist at the church.
Surviving are daughters & sons-in-law, Jet and Mickey Clogher, and Met and Dr. Nicholas Stevens, grandchildren, Michael Clogher IV, Jaime Broussard, Melissa White, Lori Stevens, Melanie Johnson and Staci Phelps, sisters, Marie Clement and Jessie Corman, also survived by 11 great-grandchildren,.
She is preceded in death by parents, Edgar Myers and Jessie Schillings Myers, brothers, John and Edgar Myers.
