She was born October 8, 1942 in Davenport, Iowa, to Raymond and Thais (Marron) Neff.
Patricia was an archivist, library assistant, and a researcher. At the time of her death, she was head of the Development Department at the University of Missouri, Columbia, Missouri.
She was a graduate of Calamus High School and the University of Iowa, Iowa City, Iowa.
Patricia married David Ives July 10, 1966 in Calamus, Iowa.
She is survived by her husband David, Columbia, Missouri; her mother, Thais Neff, DeWitt, Iowa; sister, Penny (Dick) Peterson, Davenport, Iowa; niece, Cathy (Jim) Tillberg, Moline, Illinois; great niece, Nicole Tillberg; great nephew Nathan Tillberg; and her brother-in-law, Richard Ives, Kansas City, Missouri. Patricia was preceded in death by her father, Raymond.
