Debbie was born Jan. 13, 1952, in Kalispell. She attended Half Moon and Columbia Falls Elementary Schools and graduated from Columbia Falls High School in 1970. She obtained her beautician’s license from Mr. Lee’s beauty school in Spokane, Washington. She was married to John Green for 41 years. Debbie was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. She enjoyed working in her flower beds, fishing, camping, bowling and dancing to country music. She played a huge part in the raising of her grandsons, Brayden Green and Kamden Skonord. Debbie became a great-grandma when Gracie Aleah Green, daughter of Brayden and Cheryl was born.
Debbie is survived by her husband, John Green, children, Amber and Danny Green, grandsons Brayden Green and Kamden Skonord; great granddaughter Gracie Green, her sisters, Sue Saurey and children Tara, Carla and Dirk and families; sisters, Jan and Hal Hollo and Matt; and Uncle Jeff Haines of Spokane.
She was preceded in death by her mother and father, Donna (Haines) Prier and Dan E. Saurey.
Services will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, April 29, 2015, at the Columbia Mortuary in Columbia Falls. Graveside rites will follow at Woodlawn Cemetery.
