Kathleen was born to Harry E Harshbarger and S. Millie Fisher Harshbarger in Lewistown, Pa., on Jan. 1, 1919.
She married Melvin Alfred Harmon and he died in August of 1993.
She was a former member of the Women’s Club of West Middlesex, the Garden Club and served on the West Middlesex Borough Council and Fire Department Auxiliary.
Survivors include two sons, Mark A. Harmon of West Middlesex and Bryan L. and his wife, Amy Harmon, of Pulaski, Pa.; one sister, Dorothy Gus of Lewistown, Pa.; and one granddaughter, Kayla N. Harmon of West Middlesex.
In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents; one brother, Edger Harshbarger; and one sister, Evelyn Moist.
Interment will be at Haywood Cemetery, West Middlesex.
