She married John Newman in October 1975. Glenda grew up in Mountlake Terrace where she attended school. She most enjoyed her 4 grandchildren. In the end, medical complications became overwhelming and she returned home to pass away during hospice with her husband and two sons at her side.
She was survived by husband John; sons Keith (Shannon) & Casey (Jessica); Grandchildren Austin, Gracee, Preston, Tayla; Mother Sharon Johnston; sister Terrell Paris; step-brother Keith Cokely; Niece Lynda Wendinger; nephew Michael Paris. Predeceased by her Father Amel Casteel (1986); stepfather Eugene Johnston.
Services will be Feb 19th @ Floral Hills Funeral Home in Lynnwood 1 pm. Reception to follow.
