Funeral services for Mrs. Charles Kleindienst were held Tuesday at 2 p.m. at the Wolfe Funeral Home, with Rev. L. H. Athey in charge. The music was by Mrs. Martin Taylor and the pall bearers were Charles McConkey, Emery Stoops, Ray Huddleson, Omaha, Don White, Malvern, Homer Walker and Otis Kleindeinst, Villisca. Burial was in the Villisca Cemetery.
Chastina Lucretia Kleindienst was born December 23, 1877 at Norwich, Minnesota and died at home in Villisca, March 11, 1951 at the age of aged 74 years, 2 months, 18 days.
She united in marriage with Henry Kyle and to this union three children were born, Fred Kyle, Malvern, Mrs. Mary Abbott, Earlton, Kansas, and Emily, St. Louis Missouri. Another son by previous marriage is George Pierce, Knoxville.
In November 1932, she was united in marriage with Charles Kleindienst and they have made their home in Villisca since that time.
She was a member of the First Methodist Church in Villisca. Surviving her are her four children, her husband, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
