SAN ANTONIO -- Zellah Dee Long Wheeler, 93, of San Antonio, died Wednesday, March 6, 2002. She was born Nov. 1, 1908, in Ezzell, to the late H.H. and Mary Dell Woodward Long. She was a member of Harlandale Baptist Church.
Survivors: sisters, Margaret Long Evans and Dorothy Long Green of Pearland; brothers, Hubert V. Long of Yoakum, J. R. Long of Victoria and M. A. Long of Pearland; and step-mother, Alice Long of Pearland.
Preceded in death by: husband, Omer C. Wheeler; brothers, Shelly H. Long, Carl T. Long and James H. Long; and parents.
Services were held at Mission Chapel in San Antonio, the Rev. Mario Ramos officiated.
Burial was at San Jose Burial Park In San Antonio.
