Denny J. Benham, 63, of Des Moines, formerly of Cedar Falls, died Sunday, April 19, 2015 at the VA Medical Center in Des Moines.

He was born February 7, 1952 in Cedar Falls, son of Wilbur Stellman and Armilda Lorraine (McNeal) Benham.

He served in the Marine Corps and was a baker in the food service industry.

Survived by four sisters: Wanda Benham of Cedar Falls, Pamela (Charles) Austin of Denver, IA, Mary Dietz of Waverly and Cindy (Dwight) Hansen of Bloomington, IL; two brothers, Blane (Terri) Benham of Denver, IA, and Barry Benham of Waverly; and several nieces and nephews.

Preceded in death by his parents; three brothers; and two sisters.

Services 11:00 a.m. Saturday at Cedar Bible Church in Cedar Falls, with visitation for one hour before the service. Military Honors will be conducted by the Cedar Falls AMVETS Post 49 Honor Guard. Burial will be Tuesday in the Iowa Veterans Cemetery at Van Meter. Richardson Funeral Service is in charge of arrangements.
