Born in Newark, NJ she had lived in the Rainbow Lakes section of Parsippany since 1957.
She had recieved herundergraduate degree from Trenton Stste University, and her Masters degree from NYU. Dorothy was a school teacher for the Mountain Lakes, NJ Board of Education where she was the creator of the girls athletic league for 35 years before retiring in the 1970s.
She is pre deceased by her siblings Franklin, George and Annabelle.
Her sister Frances Calabro of Bricktown, NJ, and many Nieces, Nephews, Great nieces and nephews and one Great Great Grand nephew survive her.
