CAROLYN ELAINE (CHALLIS) BRAISHER
Carolyn Elaine Braisher was born on August 21, 1942 in Hinton, OK to Olian Lewis and Lera (Wilcoxson) Challis. She passed away on April 19, 2015 in Lookeba, OK at the age of 72. Carolyn graduated from Hinton High School in 1961. She married Herston Braisher on August 31, 1962. She worked for Don Fransisco for 3 years, worked at Alltec and retired as Land Person at CMI. When Herston’s Mom passed away, Bruce Price and Dr. Ingram came to the house and both Herston and Carolyn accepted Jesus as their Savior that night, January 25, 1975. Carolyn attended the Methodist Church in Hinton and Gracemont. She loved working in the yard, flowers, old cars, enjoyed riding their motorcycle and OU ballgames. She attended the Day Circle at Hinton Methodist Church.
Survivors Include: her husband- Herston Braisher of Lookeba, OK, her sister- Dorothy Fulton Haines of Hinton, OK; Nephew- Harold Fulton, Jr and Chris of Weatherford, OK; Nieces- Debbie Fulton of Hinton, OK; Phyllis Mora and Tony of Hinton, OK; great-nephews and great-niece; Chad Fulton, Brad Fulton, Trey Fulton, Cassie Fulton, Michael McCain and Matthew McCain; Cousins- Rick and Debbie Clark of Mt. View, OK, James and Kay Zimmerman, Mt. View, OK, Henry Brashier of Oklahoma City, OK and Bob Sublet of Yukon, OK as well as other relatives and friends.
