Janice was born November 28, 1967 to Irise Frank and Wanetta Faye (Duvall) Blakley. She passed away April 8, 2015 in Oklahoma City at the age of 47.
She graduated from Norman High School and attended Southwestern Oklahoma State University. She married Michael David Ellis on January 2, 1987 at Oakdale Missionary Baptist Church South of Lookeba, Oklahoma. She lived most of her life in the Hinton area.
She was employed at Lee Norton Agency for 15 years. She enjoyed gardening, flowers, including sunflowers, bird-watching and spending time with her grandsons. She had accepted Christ as her personal Savior and was member of the First Baptist Church. Janice was always willing to help others.
She was preceded by her sister, Glenda Pendergraft; her nephew, Michael Keith Dillishaw; her great-niece, Alyssa Jo Ellis; her brother-in-law, Ron Ballard; and her father, Frank Blakley.
She is survived by her husband: Michael, of the home.
Two Daughters: Kayla and husband Cassidy McLemore of Gracemont, Oklahoma. Alicia and husband Dakota McNeill of Perkins, Oklahoma.
Grandchildren: Raiden and Callan McLemore of Gracemont, Oklahoma and one on the way.
Her Mother: Waneta Johnson and husband James Taylor of Norman, Oklahoma.
Stepmother: Peggy Blakley of Lookeba, Oklahoma.
Two Sisters: Judy Oehler and husband Bobby of Hinton, Oklahoma & Valerie Blakley of Norman, Oklahoma.
Two Brothers: Frank Blakley Jr. and wife Linda of Noble, Oklahoma and Tim Ferguson.

Service were held on Saturday, April 11, 2015 at the First Baptist Church in Hinton, Oklahoma with Rev. Keith Gillham officiating.
Burial was in the Hinton Cemetery under the direction of Turner Funeral Home of Hinton, Oklahoma.
