Don retired from Stolle Corporation as supervisor of shipping with 41 years of service. During his retirement, he enjoyed his family, mowing the lawn, and woodworking.
He was preceded in death by one sister, Ida Mae Harp; and one brother, Louis Vinton Boyer.
Don is survived by three children, Richard (Linda) Boyer, James (Cheryl) Boyer, and Brenda (Robert) Ganger; six grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandsons.
Salm-McGill and Tangeman Funeral Home in Sidney is handling the funeral arrangements. Graveside services at Graceland Cemetery in Sidney will be at a later date.
