Don Earl Boyer Jr., 87, of Sidney, Ohio, passed in peace to his eternal life on Sunday, April 19, 2015 at his home. Born in Sidney, Ohio to Don Earl Boyer Sr. and Hazel Lavera (Lenox) Boyer on May 13, 1927, he lived all of his life near Hardin.
He married Virginia Rose Cardo on July 3, 1948 and was married for 58 years at the time of her passing in 2007.
Don retired from Stolle Corporation as supervisor of shipping with 41 years of service. During his retirement, he enjoyed his family, mowing the lawn, and woodworking.
He was preceded in death by one sister, Ida Mae Harp; and one brother, Louis Vinton Boyer.
Don is survived by three children, Richard (Linda) Boyer, James (Cheryl) Boyer, and Brenda (Robert) Ganger; six grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandsons.
