OAK GROVE, LA - Memorial services for Gerald Wayne Bowers, Jr., age 50, of Southaven, Mississippi, will be held at 10 AM Tuesday, April 21, 2015 at Cox Funeral Home Chapel in Oak Grove, Louisiana.

Reverend Jimbo Herring will officiate.

Visitation will be from 9 AM until 10 AM Tuesday, April 21, 2015 at Cox Funeral Home in Oak Grove.

Mr. Bowers passed away suddenly Saturday, April 18, 2015 at his residence in Southaven, Mississippi.

He is preceded in death by his mother, Frances Virginia "Ginger" Bowers.

He is survived by his fiancee, Stacey Harlen of Southaven, Mississippi; son, Tristan Harlen of Southaven; father, Gerald Wayne Bowers, Sr. of Oak Grove, Louisiana; brother and sister-in-law, John Gaddis Bowers and Kathy Johnson Bowers of Lake Providence, Louisiana; nephew, Tanner Ellis Bowers of Lake Providence; and niece, Alyssa Jewel Bowers of Lake Providence.
