Charlotte, NC April 30 - Mrs Janes H Hall Henagan, 79, formerly of St Matthews, died this morning at a local hospital after an extended illess.

Funeral services will be conducted from St Paul's Methodist Church, St Matthews, at 2:30 Saturday afternoon. Burial will be in the cemetery at St Matthews.

Mrs Henagan was born at Orangeburg, daughter of the late William A and Adele Salley Mackay. She lived at St Matthews until 1940 when shecame to Charlotte to make her home with her daughter and granddaughter, Mrs Walter H Sanders and Betty Sanders.

Survivors include two other daughters, Mrs Barrington C King of Columbia and Mrs John X Weeks of St Matthews; one son, Dr J W Henagan of Tampa, Fla; seven sisters, Miss Mary and Sara Mackay, Mrs C C Berry, Mrs Clarence Zeigler and Mrs William Rousseau, all of Orangeburg, Mrs Frank B McCoy of Jacksonville, Fla, and Mrs James R Kirkley of Sumter, and a brother, Major Mackay of Orangeburg.
