Hello...I saw your request and thought that I might have some info you could use...in the Book, Legacy of Kin....she has an entry...taken from her obit in the McLeansboro Leader newspaper on 11 July 1907...it reads...
Rebecca Jane Deboard Floyd b. 24 July 1838, near Norris City d.27 July 1907, Norris City. Married Hiram S. Floyd, 29 April 1856 ( White County shows married Hiram S. Floyd 29 April 1857) 6 children, 3 survive, Susan L., William F., and Rolla L....Leaves also 1 Brother, 8 grandchildren. Interred Concord. So it looks like the names on this memorial are correct, in so far as what the obit has. It does not list her parents though so her maiden name could have been different than Deboard. I hope this helps.
