Mrs. Edith B. Hager, 75, of Rt. 1, Princeton, died Tuesday in a Virginia Beach, Va., hospital following a long illness. She was born at Littlesburg and was a daughter of the late James Lewis and Cora Belcher. She had been a resident of Rt. 1, Princeton, for 41 years and was a member of New Salem United Methodist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Fabius K. Hager, June 19, 1975. Surviving are one daughter, Hilda Cabiao of Virginia Beach; one son, Kyle Hager of Roanoke, Va.; one sister, Mrs. Jesse Kimball of Princeton; two brothers, Heber R. Belcher of Rt. 1, Princeton, and Roy Belcher of Garden Grove, Calif.; seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Private funeral services will be Friday at 1 p.m. at Cravens-Shires Funeral Chapel in Bluewell with Rev. Lloyd Stidom officiating. Entombment will follow in Woodlawn Memorial Park Mausoleum, Bluewell.
