Robert J. "MICKEY" Maguire III, 66, passed away April 22nd, at Lowell General Hospital-Saints Campus. He was a cherished husband of Donna M. (Scioli) Maguire.
Robert was born in Lowell on Dec. 8, 1946, a son of Anita (Duffy) and the late Robert J. Maguire Jr.. Robert graduated from Chelmsford High School, he studied at both North Eastern and Lowell Tech.
For many years he was employed as a computer technician at AGFA in Wilmington. Most recently he volunteered his time as a dog walker for Salem Animal Rescue League, where he found great joy working with all the animals, large and small. In addition to his love of animals, he was an avid gardener with a great appreciation of plants and flowers. He also enjoyed spending time on his computer playing games.
