Charles was a member of South Haven Baptist Church, Springfield, MO.
He is preceded in death by his father, Charles Eckman Sr; mother, Cleo Eckman; and his sister and brother who passed at birth.
He is survived by his wife, Edna Mae Eckman; four sons, Kenneth (Betty) Eckman, Howard Eckman, Larry (Mary Ann) Eckman, and Bob (Rebecca) Eckman; ten grandchildren, and twenty-one great grandchildren.
Burial in Bethel Cemetery, Monett, MO.
