Wilma Woodeshick Oliver, 87, formerly of Martin Street, Lower Askem section of Hanover Township, passed away at Birchwood Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Nanticoke.
She was a daughter of the late Henry and Theresa Hall Woodeshick, and resided in Lower Askem for most of her life. She attended the Hanover Township schools and graduated from Hanover Memorial High School, Class of 1945.
Prior to retiring, Wilma was employed by R.C.A., Mountain Top, for 11 years and previously at McGreger Corporation, Nanticoke, for nine years.
She was a member of Askem United Methodist Church and had been active in WSCS. She also enjoyed attending Nebo Baptist Church, Nanticoke.
She was the last member of her immediate family, being preceded in death by brothers, Henry and Norman Woodeshick, and a sister, Dorothy Brown.
She will be missed by her daughter and her husband; her son and his wife; eight grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Interment will be in Hanover Green Cemetery, Hanover Township.
