John Ignatius Long, infant son of Mr. and Mrs. Earl Long, Oxford township, died Saturday evening at 6:30 o'clock at the age of twelve days. Survivors are the parents, Earl and Dorothy Wallet(sic) Long, one sister, Mary Agnes Long, the paternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Pius Long, and the maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Kessler C. Wallet (sic), Hanover. Funeral services were held Monday morning at 10:30 o'clock at St. Mary's Catholic Church, New Oxford, the rector, the Rev. Joseph N. Whalen, officiating. Burial was made in St. Mary's cemetery, McSherrystown.
